Job description
CSI is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to contribute to our system development and engineering efforts. As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects and support the full lifecycle of system development, from proposal to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, system architects, and leadership, to ensure the successful implementation of system requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing program architecture and requirements throughout all phases, including proposal, design, implementation, test, and deployment.
- Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and stakeholders.
- Supporting and improving Systems Engineering processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and will be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information., * System definition and modeling (requirements, structure, behavior, and traceability)
- Documenting and decomposing system, subsystem, and component requirements
- Allocating requirements to system elements and functions
- Analyzing requirements traceability and verification
- Reconciling requirements conflicts, ambiguities, or gaps
- Preparing system design documents and presentations
- Collaborating with engineering, system architects, and leadership
- Reviewing designs and documents to ensure requirements are satisfied
- Estimating material and labor costs
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent related experience
- Experience working in JAMA requirements management software
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering practices and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Current Secret or Top-Secret security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and requirements management
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Proficient in Cameo Systems Modeler
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, * A requirement of this job is that you obtain and maintain a security clearance and you must be a U.S. citizen. Are you a U.S. citizen?

Experience:
- Cameo/SysML : 5 years (Preferred)
