Job description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - AI to drive the development and adoption of enterprise-wide AI solutions that align with business objectives. In this role, you will lead AI product strategy, identify high-impact business opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale innovative AI-powered products.

You will collaborate with senior business leaders across Product Development, Supply Chain, Brand Management, and Technology to identify business challenges, prioritize AI initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning concepts, and enterprise product management., * Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise AI products and initiatives.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities through workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation programs.
  • Prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and organizational impact.
  • Drive the development and adoption of AI-powered solutions across multiple business functions.
  • Measure, track, and communicate the business value and success of AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, security, legal, and compliance teams to develop scalable AI solutions.
  • Define and promote Responsible AI principles, governance, and best practices across the organization.
  • Champion AI innovation by educating internal teams through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive advancements.
  • Build relationships with AI industry experts, research organizations, universities, and technology partners.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Master of Business Administration?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for enterprise technology products.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling enterprise AI platforms or AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Generative AI
  • Agentic AI
  • Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI frameworks and emerging AI technologies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and business units.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • MBA or PhD preferred.
  • Experience establishing AI governance, Responsible AI frameworks, or AI compliance standards.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI security, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
