Development Team Lead

E-logic is seeking a highly skilled Development Team Lead to spearhead technical activities for the Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS) within the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology from U.S Department of State. You will oversee PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) software architecture, technical design, prototype development, and system testing, while interfacing directly with functional staff and government stakeholders., * Oversee all aspects of PeopleSoft technical activities, including design reviews, programming, unit testing, and system testing for new initiatives and production support.

• Create and execute project work plans, manage day-to-day operational aspects, assign individual responsibilities, and review deliverables before client submission.
• Lead design sessions, prototypes, and demonstrations with the client community to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Partner with the client to identify, prioritize, track, and resolve system defects and change requests.

Do you have experience in Human capital management?, * Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM programs.

• General understanding of application programming, database structures, and system design.
• Strong capability to bridge communication between functional/technical teams and client management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
