· Networking: 2 years (Preferred)
· Operating Systems: 2 years (Preferred)
· Software Troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred), · Ability to build out multiple versions of Windows Desktop OS from scratch and support it.
· Proficient & confident communication skills, effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization from peers to senior management to customers both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to maintain the highest level of accountability, confidentiality, ethics, and integrity and to share information with resources appropriately.
· High standards for productivity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Utilization of effective organization and prioritization skills to complete assignments within established time frames.
· Ability to make decisions quickly, evaluate risks, act in times of uncertainty, think creatively, and bounce back from failure.
· Some Service Desk & IT infrastructure support in an SMB environment.
· Some Windows Server experience.
· Light understanding of Active Directory administration, DHCP, and DNS.
· Light understanding of routing, switching, and networking.
· Light understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS).
· Light experience with Exchange, terminal servers, anti-virus solutions, backup software solutions, Office 365, security solutions, and VoIP phone systems. Desire and demonstrates the ability to continuously learn (new technologies, client business issues, other job functions, etc.)., * Do you have past experience working in an IT ticketing system?
