Job description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for the new healthcare staffing division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, account managers, and support staff focused on healthcare talent acquisition and client management.
  • Implement best practices in talent sourcing, including technical recruiting, HR sourcing, campus recruitment, and executive recruiting to attract top healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday; ensure efficient candidate tracking and onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare facilities, providers, and candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and strategic outreach via social media management tools.
  • Manage compliance with employment laws, contracts, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and labor law regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Utilize HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro to streamline HR processes including employee relations, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Lead training & development initiatives to enhance team skills in negotiation, sales techniques, research methods, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive lead generation activities for new business opportunities while supporting succession planning efforts within the division.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Payroll systems (technically supported)?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We are open to finding the right long-term leader to help shape and grow this division. If you have the experience, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build a successful healthcare staffing operation, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can grow together., * Proven experience in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within the healthcare industry or related fields.

  • Strong background in talent management strategies including employee evaluation, employee relations, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated success in building new operational divisions or teams from inception to full functionality.
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS or similar platforms; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to healthcare staffing; ability to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience utilizing sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation to expand client base and candidate pools.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP; understanding of contracts and employment agreements is essential., * Associate (Preferred)
