Responsible for optimizing district's data network performance and functionality.

Responsible for maintaining data network security and mandated compliance.

Responsible for ensuring district's network availability to its stakeholders.

Coordinate activities related to maintaining district-wide data and voice networks.
-
Provide training and support to all stakeholders for all district's Wi-Fi systems.

Responsible for the preparation of training content to include videos, guides, and
presentations related to the use of Wi-Fi.
- Responsible for integrating systems with adjunct applications/systems.
- Responsible for optimizing district's network and systems' architecture and
design.

Responsible of maintaining a stable and secure networking environment for all stakeholders.

Install/maintain all network cable runs or point of contact with vendors that are working with infrastructure improvements.

Install/maintain wireless infrastructure.

Responsible for network infrastructure improvements/upgrades.
-
Asset and inventory of infrastructure network.
-
Install/maintain District time clock system.
-
Work with vendors to ensure functionality of new and existing systems.
-
Consult and collaborate with other departments.
-
Assists our security professionals with the district video surveillance and access
systems.
- Primary responsibility for managing network security policies and practices.
- This position requires the ability to quickly solve complex problems and
effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless network configuration?, 1. College degree or work experience in network field.
- Network and Security certifications preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to provide courteous remote support to end users.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and network
infrastructure.

Experience with problem resolution in an educational setting.

Ability to troubleshoot and remedy LAN/WAN network related issues.

Knowledge of industry standard converged data networks.
-
Cloud providers and platforms, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Hardware of software deployment management, such as SCCM.
-
Must be licensed to drive a car.
-
Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds for short distances.
