Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, Financial Services Cloud, data governance, and enterprise CRM transformation. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical strategy.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Define data architecture, including data modeling, migration, governance, quality, backup, and archival strategies.
- Optimize Salesforce platform performance and recommend improvements.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and development teams throughout project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and junior architects, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to data governance standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation playbooks.
- Support production issue resolution and guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Drive successful project delivery by facilitating technical discussions and resolving architectural roadblocks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including Solution Architecture.
- Salesforce Architect certifications are mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience with Salesforce org consolidation/merge, data migration, data quality, and integration design.
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies including:
- Apex
- Apex Triggers
- Apex Web Services
- Visualforce
- Salesforce APIs
- Lightning Platform
- Force.com
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, workflows, approval processes, and automation.
- Experience with AppExchange deployments and Salesforce release management.
- Programming experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle.
- Ability to assess current-state architecture, identify gaps, and design future-state CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Accredited Salesforce professional certifications.
- Experience in Financial Services domain projects.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
