Job description

This full-time role based in Iselin, NJ involves supporting HR operations through data analysis and reporting. The position requires expertise in generic data analysis tools and HR systems to provide actionable insights and maintain compliance. The ideal candidate will leverage data to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency., Develop and distribute HR dashboards and reports on key metrics like headcount and attrition. Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to stakeholders. Support compensation cycles and benefits administration. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with labor laws. Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or related functions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generic data analysis tools. Experience with HRIS platforms and knowledge of HR compliance practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
