The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to support business operations, process improvements, and strategic decision-making throughout the organization. This role works closely with department leaders to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business performance. The Data Analyst supports data-driven initiatives across departments while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of company information. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from various company systems and databases.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI,
SQL, Excel, and other approved reporting tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards that provide visibility into operational, production,
quality, financial, and workforce performance.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or trends requiring further
investigation.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand reporting requirements and provide
meaningful data analysis.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
- Analyze operational, financial, production, quality, and workforce data to identify opportunities for
improvement.
- Assist with data migration, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Create visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to reporting processes, data definitions, and analytical
methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven
solutions.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting
accuracy and consistency.

Assist in forecasting, trend analysis, resource planning, and performance measurement initiatives.

Ensure confidentiality and security of company data in accordance with company policies and procedures

Provide technical support related to reporting tools and data analysis functions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of analyses, reports, and projects.

Troubleshoot user issues, test new system features, maintain data integrity, and support ongoing
improvements within the Quantum ERP system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Be familiar with company safety policies, procedures, and tools relevant to assigned responsibilities.
- Understand and properly use the confidential employee reporting system.
- Complete all required safety, SMS, and job-specific training and maintain competence.
- Use proper tools, equipment, and approved technical data to perform work safely.
- Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) when applicable.
- Immediately report all emergencies, incidents, accidents, and identified hazards to management and
the Quality/Safety Department.
- Communicate safety-related information that may help prevent mishaps or improve operational
safety. Non-Punitive Reporting Policy: Global Engine Maintenance LLC operates under a non-punitive safety reporting policy. Employees are encouraged to report hazards, safety concerns, and unintentional errors in good faith without fear of disciplinary action. Unintentional errors reported honestly will not result in disciplinary action. However, concealment of safety information, gross negligence, reckless behavior, or willful violations of company policy or regulatory requirements may result in disciplinary action.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Trend analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in statistics?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a
related analytical role preferred.
- Experience working with databases, reporting tools, Quantum, and data visualization software
preferred.
- Experience in aviation, manufacturing, MRO, or industrial environments preferred.
Skills: Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities include, but are not limited to:

- Frequent use of computers and office equipment.

- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional visits to production areas requiring PPE.
