Job description
Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced End User & Desktop Engineer to lead desktop support operations, endpoint engineering, and user-facing technology infrastructure across both modern and legacy Windows environments. This role combines team leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient end-user computing services., * Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of desktop support and endpoint engineering teams.
- Oversee user access management, Group Policies (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) workflows.
- Manage deployment, configuration, patching, and security of end-user devices across Windows 11/10 and legacy Windows XP systems.
- Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint-related issues.
- Maintain and secure legacy Windows XP endpoints through network isolation and support migration initiatives to modern platforms.
- Ensure high availability and performance of end-user systems and support services.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain compliance and endpoint security standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint engineering, or end-user computing environments.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory, GPOs, and IAM technologies.
- Experience supporting both modern Windows environments and legacy Windows XP/7 systems.
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
