Job description
We have an opportunity for a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to work with a skilled and highly motivated team on leading-edge work. The successful candidate will participate on a team providing Documentation Management (DM) and Configuration Management (CM) Support., * Coordinate, schedule, and support Local Configuration Control Board (LCCB), Technical Oversight Review (TOR), and Requirements Working Group (REQ WG) meetings.
- Develop and distribute agendas, read-ahead materials, meeting invitations, and supporting board documentation.
- Verify meeting attendance, quorum requirements, and stakeholder participation.
- Prepare and coordinate Configuration Change Request (CCR) packages and support change control documentation which includes tracking CCR implementation status, verification activities, requirement changes, and risk mitigation actions.
- Support technical reviews, requirements reviews, risk discussions, and configuration control activities.
- Record meeting minutes, decisions, action items, approvals, and board dispositions.
- Maintain action item logs and track closure status through completion.
- Develop and maintain configuration status accounting reports, board metrics, and executive status reports.
- Maintain decision logs, approval records, and traceability documentation supporting program governance activities.
- Generate recurring reports supporting Program Management Reviews, Technical Reviews, Risk Reviews, and Audit Readiness activities.
- Maintain JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and other repositories supporting board activities and status accounting.
- Support baseline management, change control, verification planning, and requirements traceability efforts.
- Provide executive-level reporting and briefing support to program leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with the development and maintenance of governance procedures, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, metrics, status reports, and historical records as required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wiki systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Essential Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Three (3) to Five (5) years or more of CM experience
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
- Proficient with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including co-workers, managers, and government customers
- Ability to multitask, work well independently, and work in a team environment
- Dependable, self-starter with strong technical skills and very strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy
- Good organizational, task tracking, and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior board support experience
- Experience with a classified work environment
Clearance Requirements
This position requires an active Secret clearance. To be considered for this position, an applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance (or higher).
