Job description

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will serve as a vital guardian of operational excellence, ensuring that all outputs consistently meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory benchmarks. By leveraging your expertise in root cause analysis and process auditing, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly enhance customer satisfaction and mitigate organizational risk. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of customer complaints and internal non-conformance (NC) incidents, including the execution of 8D and SCAR/CAR reports.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections across incoming, in-process, and final production stages to uphold safety and quality integrity.
  • Spearhead enhancements to the Quality Management System (QMS) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting standards to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to identify safety hazards and proactively issue incident reports.
  • Foster a culture of safety by strictly adhering to PPE protocols and maintaining an organized, hazard-free workspace.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role.
  • Strong technical proficiency with computer systems and documentation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical specifications and customer-supplied documentation.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with fluent English communication skills., * In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Experience driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process trends.
