The Director of Integration is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams across the organization. This role ensures that all integration initiatives align with the company's overall business objectives and technology roadmap, facilitating operational efficiency and scalability. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions that support business growth and innovation. They will act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery. Ultimately, this role is critical in enabling the organization to leverage technology integrations that enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve customer experience., * Lead the planning, development, and execution of integration strategies across multiple business units and technology platforms.

- Collaborate with IT, product development, and business leaders to identify integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of integration tools, technologies, and vendors to support organizational needs.
- Monitor integration project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for integration processes and governance.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems and processes across the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in systems integration, project management, or related roles with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Systems.
- Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or relevant cloud/integration certifications.
