Member Experience Expert

Performs a variety of duties which include, but are not limited to, processing account transactions, cross-selling products and services, verifying cash totals at the end of the day.

• Sell and/or refer all Credit Union products and services.
• Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate teller window, processing transactions with accuracy and speed
• Verify teller drawer is in balance
• Process night drop deposits and post mail payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

• High school degree
• Some experience in MS Word, Outlook and Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in CU*Base a plus
• Prior experience as a teller or cashier

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Able to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand/or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to spend long periods of time looking at computer screen
• Repetitive movement frequently required using wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
