Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Associates degree and considerable experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years experience with Macintosh and Windows compatibles as well as iPads. Preferred experience setting up, configuring, and managing a Carousel digital signage platform that is integrated with AppleTV's. Preferred experience with troubleshooting FrontRow classroom audio visual systems including CB6000 and ICR, and IR microphones, as well as the FrontRow Conductor platform. Preferred experience in the JAMF mobile device management system. Experience using the FreshWorks or similar ticketing systems.
