Job description

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact HR role where your work will directly influence employee experience, data integrity, and operational excellence., * Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding readiness

  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely HR transactions
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a smooth and consistent employee experience
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and HR documentation

HR Systems & Technology

  • Act as a key resource for HR systems (UKG or similar platforms)
  • Maintain workflows, employee records, and organizational structures
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support user adoption
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and deliver reports on workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, trends)
  • Support data analysis and leadership reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and dashboards

Process Improvement

  • Document workflows and recommend process enhancements
  • Support HR projects, system implementations, and change initiatives
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and employee experience

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with HR systems (UKG preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
