  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office applications and bookkeeping software like QuickBooks.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for technicians.
  • Field support for technicians.

  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience with office management duties including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience combined with strong computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
