Job description
Are you passionate about web operations, process improvement, and creating exceptional digital experiences? As a Web Operations Specialist, you'll help drive the workflows, systems, and quality standards that support our advisor and corporate websites. You'll collaborate with Designers, Developers, Account Managers, and Production Artists to streamline website requests, improve processes, and ensure projects are delivered with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. - Oversee daily web operations, including website maintenance workflows, ticket management, prioritization, and escalations
- Review and route website requests to ensure work is assigned appropriately and completed efficiently
- Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and service delivery
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for website updates, functionality, accessibility, and user experience
- Support the ongoing maintenance and health of advisor and corporate websites, including content updates, forms, integrations, and technical SEO considerations
- Partner with Designers, Developers, Systems Specialists, and Account Managers to resolve issues and improve processes
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, training materials, and workflow standards
- Train and provide day-to-day guidance to Production Artists, interns, and other team members supporting website operations
- Help identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale recurring web processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, * Experience coordinating web production, website maintenance, digital operations, or a related web support function
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and website content management workflows
- Ability to evaluate website requests and determine appropriate priorities, routing, and level of effort
- Understanding of website production standards, accessibility, technical SEO fundamentals, forms, integrations, hosting environments, and quality assurance practices
- Experience leading projects, processes, or team workflows
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ticketing systems, project management tools, and documentation platforms
Bonus Points:
- Experience supporting a large portfolio of websites in an agency, in-house creative team, SaaS, financial services, franchise, or multi-location business environment
- Experience with tools such as WP Engine, Flywheel, Beaver Builder, Webflow, Figma, Relume, Gravity Forms, Jotform, or HighLevel
- Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards and regulated-industry marketing environments
- Experience developing SOPs, workflow documentation, quality assurance standards, and training materials
- Experience mentoring junior team members or supporting operational process improvements
