Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will provide 24/7 monitoring and support for enterprise systems, network infrastructure, business-critical applications, and data center operations. You will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating technical issues while ensuring maximum system availability and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and are comfortable working rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays., * Monitor enterprise servers, applications, and network infrastructure for system performance and availability.
- Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Monitor batch processing jobs, backup processes, and enterprise applications.
- Support data center operations and monitor critical environmental systems.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate technical support teams following established procedures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and production support teams during outages and maintenance windows.
- Answer after-hours IT support calls and vendor support requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, procedures, and operational activities.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational reports and system status updates.
- Assist with scheduled maintenance and planned system outages.
- Maintain updated support documentation, escalation lists, and operational procedures.

Work Environment
- Onsite position in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center.
- Fast-paced, mission-critical IT environment.
- Extended periods of monitoring multiple systems and responding to alerts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple support teams.
- Occasional after-hours work may be required to support critical business operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations, Help Desk, or Systems Support role.
- Experience monitoring enterprise systems and network infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and switches.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overnight schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins.
