Job description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Truck & Trailer Repair Shop. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand their repair needs, coordinating with technicians, preparing invoices, and supporting our internal fleet operations., * Answer all incoming phone calls and communicate directly with customers.

  • Provide information about ongoing repairs, maintenance services, and the company's service offerings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with light sales activities by recommending appropriate services and maintenance solutions.
  • Prepare accurate invoices for completed services and repairs.
  • Utilize knowledge of truck and trailer parts to ensure invoices are complete and accurate.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's Fleet Department in Tashkent, answering questions and providing repair updates.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities for PTG-owned trucks and trailers, in addition to customer vehicles.
  • Manage incoming customer leads and follow up on service inquiries.
  • Work closely with technicians and management to ensure efficient shop operations and timely customer communication.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vehicle inspections?, The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of truck and trailer parts and repair processes., * Minimum 5 years of experience in the trucking, trailer, fleet maintenance, or repair industry.

  • Strong knowledge of truck and trailer parts, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Experience with invoicing or service billing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, service software, and Microsoft Office applications., * How many years of experience do you have in truck repair?
  • How many years of experience do you have in diesel engine repairing?

Experience:

  • Brake repair: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
  • Russian, Uzbek (Preferred)
