Job description

The IT Support Team Member will provide general IT support to all Company departments and manage the configuration and deployment of technical equipment., * Provide general IT support to all departments.

  • Manage the configuration and deployment of company IT equipment, including computers, printers, mobile devices, wireless devices, phones, radios, and related peripherals.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve computer hardware, software, peripheral, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues for staff by phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Set up, modify, and disable user accounts as assigned.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned computer systems, endpoints, and related support tools.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting and escalate infrastructure issues when needed.
  • Evaluate equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement when appropriate.
  • Repair or replace defective components and equipment as needed.
  • Train employees on basic computer, application, and device use.
  • Document support work, recurring issues, and resolutions as appropriate.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Communicates to management any and all occurrences of generalize IT concerns.
  • Execute the duties of the position in alignment with the Company Mission and Conduct Policies.
  • Use technology as required by the position.
  • Complete required annual trainings as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless communication system operation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • Experience with troubleshooting PC's, laptops, printers, network connectivity, mobile and wireless devices, copiers, and scanners required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Professional written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects efficiently.
  • Good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Windows.
