Job description

Join our dynamic IT support team as an IT Technician and become the backbone of our technology operations! Your expertise will help maintain a robust IT infrastructure, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and deliver exceptional customer service to empower our teams to perform at their best. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and excellence., * Deliver prompt and effective technical support for hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and network issues via help desk platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy

  • Manage computer systems including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Configure and troubleshoot computer networking components such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and switches to maintain reliable connectivity
  • Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components including operating systems, software applications like Microsoft Office, and security tools
  • Conduct hardware repairs or replacements for computers and related equipment while maintaining detailed records of all support activities
  • Support cybersecurity measures by managing firewall settings, VPN access, and monitoring for potential threats or vulnerabilities
  • Communicate clearly with end-users to diagnose issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a professional manner

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Proven experience in providing IT support or help desk services in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with network configurations such as LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and basic networking protocols
  • Proficiency with software troubleshooting for common applications like Microsoft Office suite and enterprise tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
  • Experience working with IT management tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow is preferred but not mandatory
