About the job: BlueTower Technical is hiring a Level 2 / Escalation Technician - the senior desk tech who owns complex tickets, leads projects and onboarding, and mentors Level 1.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, You'll: resolve escalated server/network/cloud issues · administer Windows Server, AD & M365 · manage firewalls/switching/VPN · support BCDR & RMM · lead projects · mentor L1.
You have: 2-4+ yrs IT/MSP escalation experience · strong Windows Server/AD/M365 · solid networking · BCDR/RMM · valid license.
Bonus: Network+/Security+/Microsoft certs, virtualization, Azure/Intune, healthcare IT.
