Job description
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Assist with account setups, password resets, and basic Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Support users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting common applications.
- Document and track support tickets using our IT service management system.
- Collaborate with higher-level IT staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Assist with new hire IT onboarding, including workstation setup and user training.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair.
- Knowledge of AV software, * 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
