- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network/server issues
- Manage and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Support user account setup and administration (Active Directory, email, etc.)
- Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Document issues, resolutions, and internal processes clearly and accurately
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed time tracking for all work performed
- Conduct monthly on-site managed service visits
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in IT consulting?, We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Level 1 IT Engineer to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on IT support experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Client relationships are a critical component of our service model and success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of technical proficiency, professionalism, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients. This position is primarily in-office, with a consistent remote workday on Fridays. Remote work is limited to designated days based on business needs and may be adjusted as necessary. Participation in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule is required., * Minimum of one (1) year of IT support, help desk, or MSP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-facing focus
