Job description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a CCaaS Developer to support enterprise contact center platforms and omnichannel communications solutions. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting contact center applications and integrations across Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 environments., * Design and implement IVR call flows, routing strategies, and omnichannel solutions

  • Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 configurations and integrations

  • Build and support chatbot, voicebot, and automation workflows

  • Configure queues, routing logic, agent profiles, and customer interaction workflows

  • Support API integrations, web services, and custom contact center applications

  • Troubleshoot contact center platform issues and coordinate vendor support activities

  • Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and system configuration guides

  • Support contact center go-live activities, upgrades, and platform enhancements

  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and client stakeholders to support business requirements

  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Voice over internet protocol (VoIP) configuration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Genesys Cloud CX or Five9 platforms

  • Experience with IVR development, routing strategies, and API integrations

  • Knowledge of SIP trunking, contact center telecommunications, and omnichannel platforms

  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, JSON/XML, or similar technologies preferred

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Healthcare, government, or regulated-industry experience preferred
