Job description

As an IT SAP Project Manager , you will lead the coordination and delivery of multiple related SAP projects for the US and Canada Manufacturing plants (PP, MM, EWM), ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, effective resource use, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Manages stakeholders, risks, and reporting across the full program lifecycle while promoting consistency in project execution., Project Management: Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to timelines and resource allocations, including setting objectives, defining scope, and identifying resources. Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLA. Lead design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and optimization of SAP Manufacturing plant roll-outs across the US in an aggressive timeline with parallel project coordination Risk and Issue Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project or program delivery. Resource Management: Managing and controlling project and program budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring appropriate expenditure. Team Leadership: Providing leadership, coordination, and direction to multi-disciplinary teams, including both internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior team members to enhance SAP skills within the team. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive decisions on optimal SAP configuration. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management. Communication: Effectively communicating project and program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Developing and implementing best practices for project and program management, including the use of relevant methodologies. Performance Monitoring: Tracking the progress of projects and programs, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget, and reporting on performance.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of SAP experience, including PP/MM/SD/CO modules and EWM. Strong understanding of SAP integration tools (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO). Experience with data mapping, conversion, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills SAP certification in relevant modules or architecture. Knowledge of product lifecycle master data and manufacturing executions systems. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Rise) and hybrid SAP deployments.
