Job description

Federal Fluid Power, Inc. is on the hunt for a versatile Full Stack IT Specialist with a keen eye for e-commerce content editing. If you are passionate about crafting compelling content, driving e-commerce success, and integrating IT solutions in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Role Overview:This role encompasses a unique blend of technical and creative responsibilities. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless online experience for our Business to Business platform, managing and deploying various e-commerce developments, while also being responsible for creating and refining product listings and content. Your input will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, managing our internal IT concerns, and ensuring the efficiency of our network.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:Engage directly with management on content entry projects' progress.

Develop compelling content that captivates target audiences across all channels.Regularly update and enhance product copies, attributes, images, and listings.Design and execute effective marketing strategies to bolster content reach.Foster brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Technical Responsibilities:Oversee the integration of Magento 2 and other e-commerce platforms with our ERP system.

Handle internal IT issues, ensuring network smoothness and efficiency.Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Develop EDI and API connections, facilitating seamless data transfer.Collaborate with multiple teams to implement the best technical solutions that meet organizational goals.

  • Administrative Duties:Manage daily projects, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to supervisors.

Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security policies.Address discrepancies swiftly and efficiently.Provide support in various special projects as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or related fields.

  • Experience with Magento, content management systems like WordPress and Adobe, and a solid understanding of HTML.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, especially in the domain of inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various computer programs.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • An impeccable work ethic, professional demeanor, and a team player attitude.
