Job description
The QA Technician will perform assigned analytical testing using established methods and procedures.

Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices daily and work with production team to correct deficiencies.

Monitor equipment and test through use of control samples.

Document test results, communicate with management and co-associates of deviations.

Contribute and direct follow-up of product testing deviations and trends.

Assist production associates with line & product monitoring as required.

Perform QA tasks including product sampling, line monitoring, sampling and performance lab testing.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED

Proficient using Excel and Microsoft Word

Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food allergens

Effective written and oral communication skills, good organization skills
-
Strong mathematical, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Basic business requirements, such as attendance, punctuality, good work habits, and good personal hygiene.

Will be required to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, climbing, reaching, stooping, pulling, pushing, grasping, and balancing as part of production activities out on the floor
*Will be required to see and hear well enough to understand Associates questions and respond to their concerns.
*Will be required to work in freezers, near noisy machinery, near confined spaces as part of daily production activities., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
