Job description
- Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements , quality standards and conveys an expectation of high software quality
- Nurture self-organizing, high performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
- Encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products and processes
- Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation
- Works closely with the development teams
- Guides Product Owner in developing, maintaining and refining Product Backlog
- Removes impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive
- Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams
- Provides metrics and status to senior management and accurately represent status of the Scrum Team(s)
- Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills: Scrum Master / Agile Project Management
- Medical Devices or Regulated Environment Experience
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Metrics, Reporting & Dependency Management
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in an Agile/Scrum development environment required
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a regulated environment is desired
- Experience as a software or test engineer in an Agile environment is desired
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
