Technical Support Officer

• You will provide administrative and organisational support to the service teams and technicians during their nationwide assignments
• You will order tools and spare parts as required
• You will handle the entire order management process independently
• You will draw up quotations and follow them up
• You will carefully complete project documentation
• You will reliably maintain master data

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have experience in administrative work, ideally in a technical environment
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
