Requirements

CODEX is seeking a cyber test engineer for a high-visibility CNO development team. In this role, you will make a direct positive impact on the customer's needs and mission. You will be accountable for verifying the consistency and quality of our products and be actively involved throughout the entire development process. You will engage with internal and customer stakeholders to derive system requirements and react to mission needs. You will develop a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, and how to effectively integrate them with various technologies to build a real-world test environment and create a test plan. You will utilize your technical skills to build and maintain custom test frameworks and generate thorough documentation. Competitive candidates have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and are mission focused. A technical background in networking and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred., * TS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance is required

  • Technical leadership experience in leading small teams
  • 3 years test engineering or related experience
  • 3 years experience with offensive cyber operations
  • 3 year of experience developing in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language
  • 3 year of experience working on Linux/Unix systems
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, VPN)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving

  • Ability to interface with customers, end-users, technical leads, and program management

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building test automation frameworks
  • Experience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile mindset and methodologies
  • Ability to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategies
  • Experience using virtualization technologies such as Docker

Education Requirements

Requires a degree in a technical discipline

Text Constant The salary associated with this position ($77,000-$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
