Job description
Supports Agile delivery and release management activities for software development teams. Assists with recurring sprint ceremonies, release readiness activities, and production change processes to help ensure efficient and predictable software delivery. Coordinates ServiceNow change requests, prepares CAB documentation, maintains sprint release manifests, schedules Go/No-Go meetings, assists with sprint closeout activities, and supports sprint planning. Provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and Software Engineers by maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, coordinating recurring activities, and preparing meeting materials, dashboards, and status reports. Assists with coordinating release schedules across multiple development teams and production support resources. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Anthropic Claude to improve productivity, documentation, meeting preparation, and workflow efficiency is highly desirable.
Requirements
1-3 years of project coordination, project administration, or software development support experience Exposure to Agile software development practices and sprint ceremonies Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar project management and ticketing tools Experience creating presentation materials, meeting notes, dashboards, and status reports Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
