IT Support Technician

• Support Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and end users
• Troubleshoot networking, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
• Provide remote and onsite technical support
• Manage and document service tickets
• Assist with technology deployments and infrastructure projects
• Support security camera and access control systems
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, or field service experience

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in ceiling spaces, and travel to client locations, * Bachelor's (Preferred)
