About the company

Allwire Technologies, based in Redmond, is looking for an Operations & Service Coordinator to become our operational hub - the central connection point between our technicians, vendors, leadership, and clients. We're a boutique managed IT services company solving complex technology challenges for businesses that depend on secure, reliable infrastructure. Our small, high-performing team brings deep technical expertise to help clients manage, improve, and modernize their IT environments. We're technical, responsive, and practical, and we're looking for someone who can help us operate at our best. This is not your traditional administrative role. You'll be the operational heartbeat of a small, fast-moving technology company, helping coordinate licensing, service delivery, projects, billing workflows, scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day operations. You don't need to be a network engineer, but you should enjoy technology, learning new systems, and working with people who solve deep technical problems for a living. The ideal person is skillfully organized, naturally curious, proactive, comfortable saying, "I'll figure it out," and yet knows when to ask for help.
