We are seeking a senior SAP CRM professional with strong expertise in Customer Management and C4C for end-to-end implementations and support projects.
15+ years of experience in SAP CRM / S/4 Customer Management / C4C Hands-on experience in Account & Opportunity Management, Quote & Order Management, Product Catalog & Configuration, Pricing & Approvals workflows Strong knowledge of CRM-SD integration (Logistics & Finance) & Lead-to-Order process Experience configuring Business Partner & Org Model, Transaction Types, Pricing, Partner Determination, Status Profiles Expertise in CRM-SD integration: Quote/Order replication, Pricing, Billing integration, Master Data synchronization Experience in SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and go-live support Strong consulting, client-facing, and workshop facilitation skills.
