You'll play a key role in a high-impact migration to Microsoft's modern data platform while delivering trusted insights across the organization., * Work with modern Microsoft technologies, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders on strategic initiatives.

• Lead the migration of reporting assets from Qlik to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build semantic models and data structures optimized for financial reporting.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Implement data security, governance, and row-level security (RLS).
• Monitor data quality through reconciliation and exception reporting.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics.

• Experience developing ETL pipelines using modern data integration tools.
• Proficiency with Python and Databricks (PySpark) or comparable technologies.
• Hands-on experience building semantic models and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or enterprise reporting migrations.
• Knowledge of ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
