Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) / Customer Engagement Suite (CES) is a strong plus., Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions. Develop integrations between Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform using REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and CI/CD processes. Requirements
8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services such as: Cloud Functions Cloud Run Pub/Sub Cloud Storage BigQuery Apigee Cloud Monitoring Experience building API-driven integrations between Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of CTI integrations and customer service workflows. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
