We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to lead and oversee our organization's information technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting technical support functions across the enterprise. - Manage the daily operation, support, and troubleshooting of core business systems.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Ensure site information security through antivirus management, security policies, and access controls.
- Plan and oversee low-voltage infrastructure projects, including network cabling, surveillance systems, and on-site IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure reliable IT system performance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP and OA systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience providing enterprise IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Exchange, antivirus solutions, network security, and low-voltage infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Green Card holder or U.S. work authorization required).
Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
