Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Electronics Systems Engineer with a strong multidisciplinary background in telecommunications and electronic systems. This role involves the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced RF and electronic modules for communication and/or radar applications.

Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Broad expertise across multiple disciplines, including:
  • Radio Frequency (RF) engineering
  • RF circuits and antenna design
  • Digital electronics
  • Processors, FPGAs, and SoC architectures
  • Reliability engineering
  • Electronic components engineering
  • Software architectures
  • Proven experience in the design and development of RF and electronic modules, including:
  • Transmit and receive chains
  • RF subsystems for radiocommunication or radar systems
  • FPGA-based processing elements and embedded systems
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Integration and testing of complex electronic systems
  • Environmental qualification and EMI/EMC compliance

Systems Engineering & Documentation

  • Experience with:
  • Requirements definition, derivation, and management, ensuring traceability between requirements and verification methods
  • Preparation of formal technical documentation (requirements, design, and test documentation)

Quality & Reliability

  • Experience in:
  • Root cause failure analysis
  • Non-conformance management
  • Definition and implementation of corrective actions

Additional Skills

  • Ability to:
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Plan and manage technical tasks effectively
  • Interpret electronic schematics and mechanical documentation
  • Analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Strong initiative and motivation for hands-on technical work

Education

  • Master of Science (M.S.) in Telecommunications Engineering, or
  • Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, * Spanish proficiency is a plus
