  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user account access, password resets, and permissions within various systems.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex technical problems and track issue resolution progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of support tickets, solutions provided, and system changes.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting including connectivity issues and Wi-Fi problems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP protocols and Wi-Fi configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an energetic approach to resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
