Job description

  • Strategic Modeling & Analysis
  • Design and implement data models to support tech-specific strategic initiatives
  • Perform advanced analytics on contractor spend, workforce trends, and operational metrics
  • Deliver insights that influence executive-level decisions
  • Data Visualization & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau for TechOps stakeholders
  • Enhance reporting on internal survey data (e.g., Officevibe) to deliver deeper organizational insights
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to senior leadership
  • Data Management & Engineering Collaboration
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
  • Support data pipeline improvements and scalable analytics solutions
  • Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics
  • Apply machine learning techniques where applicable to improve forecasting, segmentation, and predictive insights
  • Use Python (preferred) for data manipulation, modeling, and automation
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with TechOps, Finance, and HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrate executive presence and strong communication skills when presenting to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science,
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic data modeling and analysis
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experience analyzing workforce data, contractor spend, or operational metrics, * Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
