Full Stack Java Developer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build and support microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop middleware solutions to bridge gaps between enterprise systems.
• Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Support integration efforts across systems like Workday and Verint.
• Participate in design discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain UI components and enhance front-end functionality.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in Agile delivery and assigned Jira story execution.

Experience: 5-7+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Technical Skills:

• Java development experience (Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Full stack experience with React and backend-heavy development.
• Experience with cloud environments (OCP/Cloud Foundry), Kafka, and APIs., * Experience with GenAI/LLM integrations or agent development.
• Experience with Contact Center Technologies (Workday, Verint, workforce systems).
• Experience building middleware and enterprise integrations.
