  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI through targeted audience segmentation.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and platform-specific tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships and uphold brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and support branding initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research for content optimization to improve search engine visibility (SEO) for social media posts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and e-commerce practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Community relationship building?, * Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights effectively to inform strategic decisions in branding and relationship management.
