Job description
- Provide first and second-level support for enterprise systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents.
- Support the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems by monitoring for problems, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, actively contributing on the production floor.
- Engage in analytical problem-solving to research unknown issues and request assistance when necessary.
- Create, follow, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.
- Assist technical and project team members in resolving system problems and application-specific issues.
- Escalate identified issues, risks, or problems to lead administrators according to defined processes.
Requirements
This role provides essential onsite support for a new Distributed Order Management System used for prescription fulfillment. The position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, providing first and second-level support, and ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues., Education: A High School degree is required and approximately 2-4 years of equivalent experience in IT is required.
Experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
Technical Skills: Experience with UNIX shell script programming (C and Korn shell), batch processing, and file transfer protocols (FTP, Connect Direct, XCOM).
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of Open Shift, Oracle, Linux, Splunk, and JAVA.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as AutoSys.
- Familiarity with SQL and ad-hoc reporting from databases.

This position requires working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The dress code is business casual. The role does not involve travel.
