As a Billing Solutions Architect, you'll report to the Finance Operation Manager and you will take on a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our financial processes, with a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions integrations. Your expertise as a domain specialist involves interpreting intricate business requirements, transforming them into comprehensive process blueprints.
By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and align financial operations with organizational objectives, demonstrating efficiency gains and tangible outcomes. As a team leader, you will guide and manage team members inherited from acquisitions, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure their successful integration into our financial operations.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient end-to-end financial processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to develop actionable process blueprints.
- Continuously analyze, improve, and document workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Implement and uphold data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and planning.
- Streamline and harmonize financial processes and systems, especially post-acquisition.
- Manage a team, including integrating members from acquired companies, while fostering innovation and managing change.
- Partner with stakeholders to align financial processes with organizational strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively to gather requirements, implement best practices, and train staff on new processes and technologies.
- Establish, track, and report on metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance and mitigate potential risks., * Participation in the Company shares program - Best-in-class parental leave policy.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in finance operations, with a strong emphasis on process improvement.
- Deep expertise in the technical aspects of billing systems, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their functionalities and integration points.
- Proven people management abilities, ideally in scenarios that involve integrating diverse groups.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to evaluate complex situations and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Experience with M&A processes or integrations is beneficial.
