The Role Would you like to work for a high-growth, entrepreneurial brand that's making big moves in ecommerce? Do you thrive in busy environments? We're currently recruiting for a Marketplace Growth Specialist on behalf of an ambitious FMCG brand. You'll join as eCommerce Marketplace Specialist, taking ownership of performance across Amazon and TikTok Shop. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you'll help develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth across these key marketplaces. Your day-to-day will be diverse, from analysing weekly KPIs and optimising ad campaigns, to briefing creative assets and managing stock forecasts. You'll get hands-on with everything from AMS optimisation and A+ content to TikTok affiliate partnerships, bundles, and shoppable videos. It's a dynamic, data-led role where you'll spot opportunities, test ideas quickly, and make a real commercial impact in a business that's scaling fast. Requirements
ambitious, analytical, and hungry to learn. You'll bring: 1-2 years' experience in a commercial role focused on Amazon and/or TikTok Shop Strong data analysis skills and confidence turning insights into action Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering results A good academic background (degree-level or equivalent) Experience with AMS, Citrus Ads, or TikTok affiliates would be a bonus.
