We are a London Branch of a large company who provide pest control services to commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Helpdesk Administrator to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring a high standard of communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently., * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Manage and update customer information accurately within our database through efficient data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with customers.
- Have a strong ability for emailing and maintaining records
- Asssit with new client start ups and inputting of the same.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
- Varied and further administration tasks as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, * Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
