What You'll Get Stuck Into: Lead the way in ensuring our Workday system is secure, compliant, efficient, and creating unforgettable candidate and employee experiences. Be the go-to expert across Workday's Core HCM, Absence, Security, and Business Process (BP) optimisation-turning ideas into seamless solutions. Champion continuous improvement by reviewing configurations and identifying areas to boost performance and value. Own Workday release cycles-investigate changes, plan ahead, and ensure smooth rollouts. Collaborate with our Tech teams to manage Workday integrations and keep our systems talking happily to each other. Support

Create beautiful dashboards and accurate reports that help teams make better decisions, faster. Support major people events-think salary reviews, bonus cycles, and more. Conduct audits, data cleanses, and system deep-dives as needed. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth. Help manage our HR systems ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring we stay safe, legal, and always Nando's-level brilliant. A champion of the user-someone who keeps the experience simple, secure, and slick. A sharp mind with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Agile, adaptable, and ready to juggle a mix of planned and unexpected challenges. A trusted advisor and influencer, confident working across teams like Tech, HR, Finance, and Ops. A detail-obsessed, data-savvy analyst who sees both the weeds and the big picture. Experience navigating sensitive, confidential data with a "privacy by design" mindset.
