AI & Digital Transformation Graduate

Working directly with senior management, you will help implement AI solutions across the Group, improve business processes, develop automation workflows, support digital projects, and explore emerging AI technologies.

This role offers significant learning opportunities and exposure to real commercial projects across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools.

Build AI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, n8n and similar platforms.

Support AI implementation across customer service, operations, marketing, logistics, finance, and administration.

Assist with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), SEO, website optimisation, and digital growth initiatives.

Work with developers and external technology partners on AI and automation projects.

Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Produce reports, dashboards, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Continuously learn and recommend innovative technologies that can improve business performance.

Do you have experience in AI?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are particularly interested in graduates with a First Class Honours degree, although strong Upper Second Class (2:1) candidates from leading universities will also be considered.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Personal AI projects or GitHub portfolio.

Experience building automation workflows.

Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI agents.

Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or cloud platforms., * Bachelor's (preferred)
